EQ

越來越發覺自己的脾氣相當不濟, 不但影響別人, 每次發完忟憎後, 個心仲會頂住頂住, 好唔舒服...

我想EQ高分啲, 對咩事都處之泰然...咁冇咁傷身嘛...

唉...有冇秘方呀???

Try to stop for 10 seconds when you are filled with anger. It really works!

是的, 退一步, 海闊天空嘛...知易難行...雖則我運動神經緩慢, 但我的情緒反應卻是非常敏捷的...:p
